Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and the mind work together. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression.

Spanish is taught for all age groups in our school! Children are taught twice a week, following our Spanish curriculum that educate them through songs, dance, and activities. Our school found it important to teach one of the most spoken languages and not only benefit in improved problem-solving capabilities, better multi-tasking abilities, and enhanced memory. Additionally, learning a second language at a young age can boost creativity and critical thinking skills.

Learning Chinese will expose your child not just to a different language but a culture that likely varies greatly from theirs. They’ll learn what values are most important and how those values may differ from their own. This helps give them a stronger foundation in which to communicate. Not only will they be exposed to the language, but they’ll also be able to form deep personal connections with people from that culture.
